This is what our legend is built on. Whether building a boat or a hatch, we combine the highest quality materials and expert craftsmanship to achieve unparalleled strength to weight ratios and aesthetic elegance.
Wood and fiberglass hull and deck repair and replacement, structural diagnosis and repair, metal
fabrication and custom woodwork, we do it all.
In addition to our own skilled maintenance and repair team, we have long-established relationships with trusted mechanics capable of diagnosing and repairing the most complex problems including complete engine overhauls.
Cutts & Case has one of the one of the few railways lifts on the Chesapeake Bay, handling yachts up to fifty thousand pounds and a crane lift which routinely accommodates boats up to eighteen thousand pounds.
The repair and maintenance of wooden spars is a specialty. For wire rigging and sailmaking
needs, we have longstanding partnerships with area lofts.
Custom fabrication of aluminum, bronze and stainless steel is a specialty. Each item is patterned, cast and polished to produce handmade quality consistent with workmanship from the twenties and thirties.
Our expert paint and varnish crews hand brush all varnish and enamel paints, while we “roll and tip” Awl Grip and other two part paints.
Lighting, wiring, engine and shipboard plumbing to the highest specifications.
Our design philosophy is rooted in the artistry of clean lines, performance and pleasure. Learn More >>
